  It took 59 days from listing to close. We wanted to element the mortgage, downsize, and find a rental home of quality. We wanted to leave the suburbs and a home of 20 years for life in the city, a rental.
  
  To put it simply, Maryland Realestate Network delivered!
  
  Patty handled the listing. Katherine’s photos we magazine quality. Kenny joined in for the open house events. When we needed referrals for a general contractor, plumber, painter, etc, MRN had vetted names at the ready.
  
  With the marketing on track and multiple nibbles that would ultimately result in a full price offer, we were anxious to find a place to move, quickly!
  
  “Catherine is our expert for downtown Baltimore,” said Patty. Within three weeks we were believers, locked into a home of our dreams, under the eagle eye of a most passionate, personable, and resourceful agent.
  
  Katherine was amazing. As we settled on a rental property and were doing a final walkthrough, she kept asking questions of the owner that I didn’t think to ask. She saw minor damage that I missed, but would certainly not want to be responsible for at the end of the lease. She also asked questions of the lease itself. Non-standard language that even the owner didn’t understand was removed by mutual agreement.
  
  Quite simply, Catherine WAS representing our best interest at every step! We never felt like we were not in control of the decisions. Every question we had was answered completely. There are no words to express the trust and satisfaction we have from the entire experience.
  
  Selling, moving, renting is stressful and a lot of work, but with the Maryland Realestate Network team helping us, we got through it all in record time. We could not be happier.
